Request Assistance with a Past Certificate

Past MTL learners can submit certificate requests through the unified Contact MTL form. Select “Certificate request” and provide the learner and programme details so the certificate team can locate and verify the relevant records.

Information the learner must provide

  • Full name and surname used during training
  • South African ID number or passport number
  • Programme or qualification completed
  • Approximate training dates
  • Training venue or project location
  • Current telephone number and email address

For the protection of learner information, MTL may request additional verification before releasing any record or certificate. Learners should not send their request through social media comments or public messaging channels.
